Thank you for your interest in attending the CLG Re:Heat Conference. To reserve your space, please fill out the information below. Availability is limited to 60 conference attendees (not including additional family members not attending classes), so it is important for you to register and submit the appropriate fees as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Pre-Registration:
March 1st - August 1st, 2010 - $299.00 per person

Registration:
August 2nd - October 1st, 2010 - $349.00 per person

Late Registration:
October 2nd - December 1st, 2010 - $379.00 per person

On-site Registration:
December 2nd - December 4th, 2010 - $399.00 per person

Please note: all registration fees are non-refundable. Payment in full is due at the time of registration.


Additional costs for those bringing their spouse and/or children:

Spouse (if not attending conference classes): $50 per night
Children 13 and up: $50 per night per person
Children ages 6-13: $30 per night per person
Children ages 5 and under are free
